Delivery

With Casetful delivery, our orders will be delivered by Amazon (UK) or the postal service of the destination country if international. 

  • We have a dispatch time of 1-3 working days. This is to get your case designed, printed and quality checked before we let that thing leaves our HQ! 

  • After the goods are dispatched, how long does it take until my case is delivered?
    United Kingdom (1-2 business days)
    Europe (6-9 business days)
    United States/Canada (6-9 business days)
    Rest Of The World (6-9 business days)

Returns

  • Do we accept returns?
    Of course we do! If you would like to return your order please let us know by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unwanted items must be returned unused, in salable condition and in original packaging.

  • Do we accept exchanges?
    Not exactly. But you can return your case for a refund and simply purchase a new case. If you would like to do this, please let us know by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • How do I return my order?
    Drop us a message using the contact form, or email info@casetful.com and we'll sort you out! Please be aware, buyers are responsible for returns postage.
  • When will I get my refund?
    All returns are subject to inspection. We typically process returns as soon as they arrive but there may be a short delay before we can get to yours. If you return is approved, we will simply issue a refund. Refunds typically take 1-3 working days to arrive in your bank. If your return is not approved for refund we will contact you to discuss options. We do not issue refunds for shipping on unwanted items / items ordered in error.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you send us an email using the contact form, or via info@casetful within 1 hour of placing your order we can try & cancel your order before it's created and/or dispatched! This can't always be guaranteed, though!
