With Casetful delivery, our orders will be delivered by Royal Mail (UK) or the postal service of the destination country if international. 

  • We have a dispatch time of 1-3 working days. This is to get your case designed, printed and quality checked before we let that thing leave our HQ! 

  • After the goods are dispatched, how long does it take until my case is delivered?

    Europe (6-9 business days)
    United States/Canada (6-9 business days)
    Rest Of The World (6-9 business days)

  • Do we accept returns?
    Of course we do! If there's problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us within 10 days of receiving your order. As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns if the item is defective or faulty. Custom/personalised orders can’t be exchange/returned. 

  • How do I return my order?
    Drop us a message using the contact form, or giving us the reason why and we'll sort you out! Please be aware, buyers are responsible for returns postage. Please contact us before returning anything as we can't be responsible for any loss of a package that we're unaware of, thanks!

  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you send us an email using the contact form, or via info@casetful within 12 hours of placing your order (2 hours for personalised orders) we can cancel your order before it's created and/or dispatched!
