We support all of the phone models in our dropdown list on the product page, but we also support a few others that aren't listed. If you have a;

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
After dispatch in the UK, it takes 3-5 business days with Royal Mail.
My order hasn't arrived?
Please allow an extra 5 days after the due date before contacting us as usually your order will arrive in the time it takes for Royal Mail to chase the parcel and respond to us. If it's 5 days overdue please use the contact form below.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can try our best to cancel or change your order before it's created and dispatched!
I've placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email?
The order confirmation may sneak into your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find your order confirmation email please contact us.
How do I track my order?
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail confirmation of delivery service which serves as proof of delivery, but doesn't specify an exact delivery date.
Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes, our Slim cases are! However, our Tough cases aren't as the Tough cases have the reinforced rubber lining which stops the MagSafe sticking.
Do you ship to the EU?
We're currently in the process of adding EU delivery to website at the moment, but not to worry! You can order to the EU from our Etsy store here > www.etsy.com/casetfulcases
