What's the difference between the Slim, Tough & MagTough cases?
The Slim case snaps directly to your phone like a second skin. Perfect to up your aesthetics game! The Tough case has an anti-shock rubber inner lining and raised edges, our most protective case! Our MagTough cases are exactly the same as our regular Tough case except they come with a magnetic ring embedded in the liner to allow them to be used with magnetic wireless chargers and accessories. I can't find my phone model in your list?
We support all of the phone models in our dropdown list on the product page, but we've been in this game a long time so we may be able to provide cases for some older iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S models.
If you can't find the model you need on our website then just drop us a message at info@casetful.com and we'll see what we can do!
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
After dispatch in the UK, it takes 2-4 business days with Amazon Logistics.
My order hasn't arrived?
Please allow an extra 5 days after the due date before contacting us as usually your order will arrive in the time it takes for Amazon Logistics to chase the parcel and respond to us. If it's 5 days overdue please use the contact form below.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can try our best to cancel or change your order before it's created and dispatched!
I've placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email?
The order confirmation may sneak into your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find your order confirmation email please contact us.
How do I track my order?
Our orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics. You can track you order by using the tracking reference sent in your despatch confirmation email on the following webpage.

Here you can also verify ownership of the delivery which will allow you to access more detailed delivery information and proof of delivery.
Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes, our Slim & MagTough cases are! However, our regular Tough cases aren't. So make sure you choose the correct case type.
My phone case is broken, will you replace it?
If you've had your case a while and it's become broken then get in touch. Phone cases are designed to take punishment, so your phone doesn't. So we do not warranty our cases. But we do however like to take care of all our lovely customers. So in most cases we will replace a functionally broken case within the first 12 months of purchase. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.
Please be advised that we cannot offer a replacement for cosmettically damaged cases. And we do not accept returns or offer refunds for damaged or broken cases.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes but currently we only accept UK orders via the website.
If you are outside the UK and would like to order any of our products then drop us an email and we will be happy to raise a manual order for you.
